Cr Peter Hemphill today nominated for Strand Ward in the upcoming Hobsons Bay Council election.
It will be the sixth time he has contested elections in Hobsons Bay.
Along with Angela Altair, Cr Hemphill is Hobsons Bay’s longest serving councillor, having served residents of the city for more than 17 years.
Strand Ward covers Williamstown, Newport, Spotswood, South Kingsville and a small amount of Altona North, west of Paisley Park.
